Today we were went to the ruins of the ancient city Aquincum, this used to be the Romans fort to keep the Huns from  crossing the Danube. I couldn't believe how small the townspeople's living quarters were. We saw an ancient toilet used by the Romans, even though it was just a hole with a grate on top of it, my mom said it was better than the toilets in modern day Bangkok. The picture to  the right is us standing by pillars of the ancient baths.

  1. Can you imagine public baths being the only option??? Do you think that someday people in the future will find ruins of the way we lived and be surprised? What things will change the most I wonder??

  2. I think in the museum in Aquincum they have remains of the oldest pipe organ in the world. Did you see that, too?
